A little more about Beth Gibbs - HR Director and Consultant:

My career in human resources began years ago as a HR Generalist doing ALL the HR Things. My career grew as the organizations I was a part of grew, allowing me to build to a director level running teams, payroll, strategic projects, consulting for partner organizations and integrating diversity, equity and inclusion into organizational culture. I am certified as a senior HR professional with both SHRM and HRCI.

I live in Portland, Oregon though originally hail from rural Eastern Oregon. I love traveling to all corners of this beautiful state to meet the amazing people living here.

Origin Story

Gibbs HR Consulting launched in January 2023 out of Beth Gibbs’ mission to support as many businesses as possible with HR needs. Human Resources, People and Culture - all of these areas can seem intimidating with their combination of strict rules and compliance contrasting with human needs and behavior. I love the intersection of these two areas and working with multiple lens and values systems to make work WORK for both businesses and the people in them.
